5 Large Green Peppers
1/2 of a Yellow Sweet Pepper
1/2 of a Red Sweet Pepper
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp of Olive Oil
How To Make it:
Preheat oven to 350
Brown the ground turkey in and frying pan with a teaspoon of olive oil. Season as desired
Put a large pan of water on to boil to blanch the peppers
Boil the bag of rice as directed
Cut tops off of the green peppers
Dice the usable parts of the tops of the green pepper as well as the red and yellow peppers and place in a large bowl.

Drain rice and add to the mixture and stir.
Once the water is boiling, throw peppers into boiling water, filling them with the water. Place lid on pan and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove peppers, drain and place in a baking dish. Stuff with rice mixture to the top
Pour half of the remaining sauce around the top of the peppers and then bake for 15 minutes.
After the 15 minutes, pour the remaining sauce over the peppers.
Bake another 15 minutes for crispier peppers or 30 minutes for softer peppers. Let stand 5 minutes after removing from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
